Exchanges and returns

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS :

If you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract, as required by Italian law (right of withdrawal, articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code), communicating your intention to return the products within 5 days of receiving the goods. This means that you can communicate your intention to exchange or return from the moment you receive the order until the completion of the 5 days, following the instructions given here.

THAT'S HOW :

-Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, both as regards the packaging and the product inside.

-Request the return through the dedicated section in our shop or communicate to us through our available channels: your name and surname, the order number and the reason for the return or exchange. From the moment we receive your request we will inform you of the closest place to go to send the package.

-Once we have received your package and verified the suitability of the return, we will proceed to exchange or refund the products, excluding shipping costs , except in exceptional cases, such as supply errors. In that case the shipping cost will also be refunded.

 - I remind you that as regards personalized or promotional products, they will not be refunded but you will only have the possibility of making an exchange, excluding shipping costs. For reasons of hygiene it is not possible to return or replace earrings.

ATTENTION : if the price of the products you wish to replace has changed since you placed the order, the price difference will not be refunded, both in the case of returns and exchanges.

-The refund method will be via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

- WE CANNOT MAKE A REFUND IN CASH !
